Download the PayMaya Wallet App

The PayMaya app is now known as the Maya app. It is available for free on Android (Google Play), iOS (Apple App Store), and Huawei devices (Huawei AppGallery). All existing PayMaya accounts and balances carry over automatically.

How to Download on Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone.
  2. Search for Maya – savings, loans, cards (developer: Maya Philippines, Inc.).
  3. Tap Install and wait for the download to complete.
  4. Open the app and sign in with your existing PayMaya credentials, or register a new account.

How to Download on iPhone (iOS)

  1. Open the Apple App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Search for Maya – E-Wallet, Savings, Loans, Credit Cards.
  3. Tap Get and authenticate with Face ID or your Apple ID password.
  4. Launch the app once installed and log in or create a new account.

System Requirements

The Maya app requires Android 6.0 or higher, or iOS 13.0 or higher. An active Philippine mobile number is required for registration. The app requires approximately 80 MB of free storage space.

Once installed, you can instantly send money, pay bills, buy mobile load and gaming credits, scan QR codes for payment, purchase crypto, and open a high-interest Maya Bank savings account — all from one app.
