Logging In to Your PayMaya Wallet

Accessing your PayMaya (Maya) Wallet is straightforward. The app uses a secure 6-digit PIN, and you can also enable biometric login (fingerprint or Face ID) for faster, more convenient access on supported devices.

Standard Login Steps

  1. Open the Maya app on your Android or iOS device.
  2. Enter your registered mobile number.
  3. Input your 6-digit PIN when prompted.
  4. You are now logged in and can access all wallet features.

Enable Biometric Login

To set up fingerprint or Face ID login, go to Profile > Security Settings > Biometric Login and toggle it on. You will be prompted to authenticate with your PIN once, then biometrics will be enabled for future sessions.

Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you see an "Unable to Login" error, try: switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, clearing the app cache from your phone settings, or updating the app to the latest version. Forgot Your PIN?

Tap Forgot PIN on the login screen. You will receive a one-time password (OTP) on your registered mobile number to reset your PIN securely.
